Tired of burning you hands when removing hot items from the oven, well this is the place for you.

I use Insul-bright in my pot mitts (unless other wise stated). Squares are made with a layer of Insul-Bright, the long pot mitt has Insul-bright in has a full length layer as well. Insul-bright is a metalised film that reflects heat and cold, providing you protection from hot oven trays, casserole dishes and the like. Please note not for use in microwave.

My items are a one of a kind, I rarely make 2 items the same. I may use the same print but team it with a different plain or blender fabric. . The quilting is done by myself and the bias edging is handmade to co-ordinate with the colours in the item. I machine stitch one side of the edging then hand sew the other to make sure everything lines up before top stitching.
