Returns & Refund Policy

Please choose carefully as refunds are not given on change of mind.

The utmost care is taken when creating ready-made and custom orders; the same care is taken with packaging. However, if an item is faulty or damaged when you receive it, don’t hesitate to contact us via email with photographic evidence within five days of receiving the item/s.

After viewing the photographic evidence, a decision will be made to either

• refund the amount paid minus the postage costs or
• provided a store credit or
• replace the item (we cover the cost of postage)

If the fault or damage is caused by mistreatment of the item, a refund, store credit or replacement is refused. In some cases, the item may need to be returned at the buyer’s expense.

Please note that vouchers are not refundable.

Refunds will be sent to the customer’s bank account or via PayPal (if the purchase was paid for through PayPal)
